Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Bazar Blyot ("we", "us") about your use of the Bazar Blyot app and website. By using Bazar Blyot, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who can play

You must be 17 or older to use Bazar Blyot. You're responsible for your account and for what happens under it, so keep your Apple or Google sign-in secure.

Your username

Choose a username that isn't offensive, hateful, sexual, or pretending to be someone else, and that doesn't use someone else's name or brand without permission. We may change or remove a username that breaks these rules.

Playing fair and being decent

Bazar Blyot is played with real people on a live call. When you play, don't:

• harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against other players, on the call or anywhere in the app;
• cheat, including sharing your cards with an opponent, teaming up with players at other seats, or using tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• record other players' voices without their permission;
• disrupt games on purpose, for example by stalling or leaving to avoid a loss again and again;
• try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get unauthorised access to the app or our servers.

Players at a table can vote to remove someone. We may also suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

No gambling

Bazar Blyot is played for fun. The app doesn't offer wagering, and you may not use it to arrange bets or play for money.

The app

Bazar Blyot, including its design, artwork and software, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for playing. Some card artwork is used under public-domain licences.

The app is in active development and test versions may change, have bugs, or be unavailable at times. We may add, change or remove features, and saved matches or records may occasionally be lost.

Disclaimers

Bazar Blyot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that the app or the voice call will always work, be error-free, or be secure.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Bazar Blyot won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost game progress, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Ending

You can stop using Bazar Blyot and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
