Privacy Policy
Effective October 19, 2026
Bazar Blyot is a game of Armenian Bazar Blot for four players with a live voice call at the table. This policy explains what information the Bazar Blyot app and website collect, how it's used, and the choices you have. "We" and "us" mean Bazar Blyot.
What we collect
- Sign-in. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive an account identifier from them. Google may also share your email address and name with us. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email", we only receive a private relay address. We use this only to keep you signed in to the same account.
- Your profile. The username you choose and your avatar colour. Your username is shown to other players.
- Games. The tables you create or join, the cards played, contracts, declarations and scores. We keep these to run the game, to let you finish a saved match later, and to check that scores were added up correctly.
- Voice. When you're seated at a table, your microphone audio is sent live to the other players at that table so you can talk. Voice is not recorded or stored by us, and only the players seated at your table can hear it. You can mute yourself at any time.
- Technical information. Like most online services, our servers receive your IP address and basic connection details when the app talks to them. We use these to run and secure the service.
We don't collect your contacts, location, photos or advertising identifiers, and we don't show ads.
How we use it
- To sign you in, run your tables and the voice call, and show your username to other players.
- To save matches so they can be finished later, and to keep game records accurate.
- To keep the game fair and safe, for example to remove a player the table voted out.
- To answer you when you contact us.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Who helps us run Bazar Blyot
We use a few service providers that process data on our behalf, only to provide the service:
- Fly.io hosts our game servers and this website.
- Neon stores our database.
- LiveKit carries the live voice call between the players at a table.
- Apple and Google handle sign-in. Apple also delivers test versions of the app through TestFlight.
Our servers are located in the United States. If you use Bazar Blyot from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and profile until you delete your account. Finished game records may be kept so other players' match history and scores stay correct, but they're no longer linked to your username after you delete your account.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → your profile → Delete account.
- Change your username in the app (once every 30 days).
- Ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Union), you may have additional rights, and we'll honour them.
Age
Bazar Blyot is for players 17 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
Connections to Bazar Blyot are encrypted, and access to our systems is limited. No service can be perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app.
